ABSTRACT & BEST CLINICAL CASE SUBMISSION
Important Information
- The scientific committee calls for research abstracts or your best clinical case.
- If you are submitting more than one abstract or case, you can use the same email address for each abstract.
- Abstracts/cases must be submitted online. Abstracts/cases submitted via e-mail, post, or other methods will generally not be accepted.
- All abstracts/cases accepted by the review committee will be included as short presentation in the scientific program.
Submission
- Abstract/case acceptance and presentation: Authors will be notified of the status of their abstract/case as soon as possible.
- Kindly note that the submitting person receives all notifications via email.
- For presenting authors of accepted abstracts/cases, registration and participation in this conference is mandatory.
SUBMISSION DEADLINE
All abstracts should be completed and submitted by:
Sunday, June 1st, 2025.
Guidelines for preparing your abstract:
- The language of the conference is English. Therefore, all abstracts should be prepared in English.
- Please submit only research abstracts or your best clinical case.
- The title should be as brief as possible, should not end with a full stop and should not include abbreviations.
- For all authors, please provide the family name preceded by the initial(s) as well as the affiliation.
- A maximum of 10 authors is allowed.
- Use standard abbreviations where appropriate in the main body of the abstract. Place special or unusual abbreviations in brackets after the full word the first time they appear.
- Drugs must be referred to by their approved name rather than their proprietary name.
- Criteria for rejection will include lack of data and lack of originality. Do not use phrases such as “the results will be discussed”.
Requirements
The author submitting the abstract/case must be a registered delegate at the conference.
All abstracts/cases must be in line with the submission guidelines.

ASSESSMENT AND SCREENING
- Abstracts/cases will be assessed by the Review Committee after the submission deadline.
- All abstracts/cases submitted will be screened for relevance to the meetings scientific content, and presentation.
- Abstracts/cases not meeting the quality standards will not be accepted.
Authors will be notified of the status of their abstract as soon as possible. Kindly note that the submitting person receives all notifications about the submitted abstract/case via email.
